Why are there so many new people in the hobby whining about how they need to make money through learning how to sew/craft and sell for profit? I get that you’re eager to jump into the hobby, but why focus on making things specifically to sell? Couldn’t you first collect and create for your own…
Well, to be honest, some of us are just really serious about the hobby / we really love it? I can’t talk about others, but for myself, I really really like this hobby, so much, that I really wish that someday, I may be able to make it my main job. Maybe I won’t be able to, but a girl can dream right? :)
pretty much this uvu
Not to mention those who’ve wanted to make and sell clothing since before they got into the hobby, and now see this as the perfect blending of two loves.
Following on from my previous post re: dolls not looking like their characters.
I’ve also seen a lot of people moaning ‘I wish Belldandy was a Dollfie Dream instead.’
I personally think Belldandy really suits her Super Dollfie form and I would rather see her this way than as a Dollfie Dream. I don’t think she would really suit the Dollfie Dream body. I would buy her in a heartbeat if I could afford it, that’s how great I think she is, but as I said in my last post; I’m saving to buy a house so I can’t really justify her ;__;
Still, in order to really test out whether Belldandy looked good enough in resin, I showed her to my brother. Long time Ah Megami Sama fanboy but has never been bothered by dolls. He thinks some dolls I’ve had are cool, but on the whole he doesn’t really care either way for dolls.
I showed him Belldandy and he thinks she’s perfect and in his own words ‘Belldandy isn’t really Dollfie Dream material anyway.’
So there you have it.
P.S I won’t be making a post about Yaya as I know absolutely nothing about her character so I don’t really care :D
DItto. The more I see of her I just wish I could get her. I just have way too many Dollfie Dream priorities at the moment. Every time I see her it’s an ‘awwww’ moment. <3
I have to agree with both the above. I’m REALLY not a resin fan, and certainly couldn’t afford her at the moment, but WOW! She looks PERFECT! I normally HATE “shelf sitter” type dolls that I’m too afraid to play with, but if I had the money sitting around right now I’d buy her in a heartbeat.
I’m sure that everybody who cares has already seen this, but I’m just so excited that I had to reblog anyways!
Dogs are not color-blind.
so basicaly dogs see in Modern FPS
This is somewhat similar to red-green color blindness in humans.
Why do they use the exact same pictures for both views? Is there some sort of irony I’m not quite getting, or is this like those dot circle things with the non-existant numbers hidden in them that people pretend to see?

Basically, the Republican strategy for the past three years has been this:
1. Do everything humanly possible to prevent the economy from recovering.
2. Wait for 2012.
3. Run a campaign focused on the fact that the economy is lousy.
What the actual fuck.
I would have found this very comforting during panic attacks as a child. In fact, it’d be pretty cool if this came in adult sizes.
